Pastor Leonard Prudhomme was born on May 23, 1968 in Houston,Texas. He accepted Jesus Christ as the head of his life at an early age. On May 31, 1981, at age 13, he preached his first sermon at Berea Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Robert L. Myers, Sr.
Later in 1984 he became one of the founding members of Smyrna Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Larry Jackson, where he served as a Minister for over 23 years.
In October 2005 he married his wife, Nickarr Hanchard, and they are united holy matrimony in Jesus Christ. Nickarr and Leonard have three sons-Jeremy (four years old), and twins Nathan and Nicholas (7 months).
Pastor Prudhomme graduated from Oikodome School of Biblical Studies with a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Education in 2010 and is planning to attend Faith Seminary in Tacoma Washington where he will pursue a Master's Degree. His plans are to continue his education until he reaches a Doctorate degree in Divinity.
In August 2007, God led Pastor Prudhomme to organize Glorious Hope Bible Fellowship. It is currently located in southeast Houston, near Hobby Airport. Pastor Prudhomme believes that the only way to live, teach, and succeed in life is through God's Word, the Bible.
I believe that Jesus has given us everything that is necessary to survive in this evil world. God's grace and mercy has given mankind the opportunity to have Hope in Eternity. So come by and see what God can do for you.
